What is The Final Horizon?
The Final Horizon is not in the game yet. The plan is a harder realm than the current four, themed as hell, with towers from Catastrophic through nil. It is the intended home of the first nil towers. Citadel of Cold Blooded Fatality is planned to move there from the main area when the realm exists. Some deconfirmed or relocated projects, including a revamped Tower of Xaerning Pain, have been pointed at this area in the past. None of that creates a portal you can enter today.
